Been a while!

Been a while since I realised that I stopped making sense of it all. It all started when the news broke to me that he wanted to move on; oh well! that's when I guess everything seems unimportant in the life of a most happening person! Well thought of what are the possible silly things I can be up to in a day to have a brighter week. Utterly failed, cos guess what watched a silly movie which added to my silliness. The movie is so ridiculous that suddenly your life seems vibrant than what you see on the big screen. I guess I would be one of a kind to say that I'm glad looking at me than the life that is shown on the big screen. The drama and the trauma dissipate the sense of the ever growing stupidity in everybody. I always thought movies are for entertainment or a way to highlight a social cause....with changing times, movies which showcase the most stupidest(my word) things, are the winners! well now I'm all charged up cause I realised I still can make some sense!

Education in politics

I'm educated- am I qualified to rule the world?!?
I'd say the right education for the right post is when u can judge wat's best.
In our country people rule through instinct very rarely do I c the political theory being practiced or manipulated.
When I posed the same question to a group of people they concluded that if the person was educated in politics and economics he/she can rule the world!- I did raise an eyebrow to it, cos I happen to be a politics student n hardly could I relate it to the problems in the present society. Although I can't complete negate it too. But wat do u think should be a qualification to rule the world?

Brains Vs Beauty!

I’m sure these are very familiar words and yes time and again we end up debating on this.
Most often (purely from my observation) when someone wants to go around and have a nice time they choose Brains and when they want to live with the person they opt for Beauty!
This is applicable for both the genders.
I did the same too when I was going around, I chose men who are intelligent and who could think on my behalf but when I’m beginning to think about settling with someone, I prefer someone who could play the role in a more realistic way. I remember reading somewhere, “A pessimist sees it as half empty and an optimist as half full and a realist would just add some whisky to it”
Now that is what I ask for, a “Realist”- someone who can find everything as an opportunity for a new beginning. Now it’s too much to ask for is what everyone associated to me think cause they believe that I can think too!
Is it possible to be as realistic as possible?

I was bored and apparently had nothing important to break my head over. So, wanted to do something not so important in life.............."chatting" fit the bill. So, I logged into my so regularly used Yahoo messenger. Found few friends online, so got to chatting with them.......how nice and wonderful it is to cherish the thoughts of the past.suddenly a window pops up- hi asl plz....I replied- old enuf to chat, negotiable, earth. The person was convinced. The reply was "interested in sex chat"........flabbergasted to hear that word from an absolute stranger i protested "no". Now very recently did I learn that frustration can be so piled up that just by describing one's feeling you could get an orgasmic effect......surprising and degrading too. To my reply the stranger replies..."come on try" like it was something really worth trying!I still said "no" (i could have blocked the contact but wanted to check how long can he cling on).Stranger: "aren't you straight" (now second wonder- how can your sexual orientation be judged just bcos you didnt help someone else jerk off)I replied rather sternely "I'm straight not desperate!"Stranger: "come on grow up let's try it you will love it"Now i alone know wat i like who the hell is he to judge..........Stranger: "Be modern gal, you know you should be open to these things, u need to meet the societal standards of modernisation"I had a jaw dropping look on my face.......now how the hell is social life related to sex chat.........when i sought an explanation.........the stranger replies:" which planet do u live in, be modern you shud live life like an educated and modern woman"Unable to tolerate the nonsense i blocked him bcos i realised that it wouldnt make any sense to explain or debate on wat i thot modernisation was.This is not the first case, later I encouraged these...... (whatever you could label them) to converse and apparently everyone thot that contributing to the sex chat is part of declaring that you are modern! can you beat that, imagine what the modernists would think when they hear their version being manipulated to such an extent.Initially I thought it was just the so called needy ones who get to this kind of talk but wat surprised me most was when a Doctor actually did that online (atleast he called himself that). Infact one of my dear friends misread my message took it as an opportunity to start it off.......that's the plight of the so called "modernisation."
